Held amidst the picturesque surroundings of Rathmullan House, Donegal on Friday, September 15th, ALPHA Innovation’s Disrupt By The Sea was an event that brought together innovation, entrepreneurship, and investment in an idyllic coastal setting.

John Fries, the Managing Partner of Germantown Ventures, a Philadelphia-based firm and a recipient of the prestigious 2023 Tip O’Neill award, graced the event. Joining him on stage was Mark Baiada, the Chairman of BAYADA Home Health Care and the General Manager of BAYADA (Ireland), alongside Mike Finucane
